Contacting the School Nurse

The Public Health Nursing Service (School Nurses) can signpost and advise on a range of healthy issues that may affect your child. In Reception and Year 6, with your consent, your child will participate in the health screening checks. If you have other concerns you may wish to contact the service. Please read the leaflet attached.
